We placed an order with ground shipping and were told by the sales rep that it would come on time for purim and only ended up coming a week later. yes we know usps has terrible delays that's why we specifically asked!

Dried fruit is not presented very attractive,was going to give it for a gift. Also I did not get free shipping and it was offered after I placed my order. I would appreciate credit for the charges. Will eat the the other products at Passover. Thanks , Marilyn Kline
