I ordered shaloch monos to Israel and they never got it

Beginning in January 2022, i started to do a weekly gifting to my daughter, son-in-law, and their 7 month old son, my grandson, of small and large daily National holidays. Example: Last week, one day was "Something On A Stick Day." For my grandson, a rolling toy on a stick, my daughter, putting fruits on a stick, for my son-in-law, an item ordered from this shop, handmade gummie candy on a stick. The item came on the day requested, (this was given as an option) the item was well wrapped for shipping, the whole stick was filled w/gummies of dif shapes, looks so fun and edible!! Do to an illness, they will receive 2 wks together, i am excited to see/know my son-in-laws reaction...his wife, my daughter cuts his sugar intake...he loves his candy...this will be a TREAT! THANK YOU OH! NUTS

I ordered something and it arrived, so that's good.

I had ordered a Purim box to be delivered to a friend. It arrived a week after Purim which defeated my purpose for sending it. After 2 calls to customer service to see what happened, all I got was a run around and no interest to look into the problem. Finally I reached a supervisor who said that he is looking into it and see what he can do for me. It’s been 1-2 weeks since I spoke to him and I guess I should not expect to hear from anyone from OH Nuts. Terrible customer service

I ordered Jolly Joe's and got something else, and while I did get a refund on the item that I did not receive I have to pay for shipping again so it will ultimately cost me more.
