This is the 3rd time that I have order the sugar free jelly roll cake for Passover from Oh Nuts. It arrived even earlier than expected in perfect condition. Each time I refrigerate the cake until Passover and then let it sit in the pantry. The cake tastes delicious and stays fresh, soft and mosit throughout Pesach,
Great place to shop. Order arrived the next day was correct and the stuff was great. Sugar free Passover Brownie is as good as any brownie. They should make the sugar free all year. I can't find them anywhere in New York.

Unfortunately I would NEVER use Oh Nuts again. I needed a Kosher candy company in Brooklyn so i tried Oh Nuts. I ordered a basket to be delivered and the first basket never showed up. After speaking with staff they said they would deliver another basket...the basket arrived late at night on a rainy evening, it was soaking wet and it was left on the stoop. Rain seeped into the basket!!! When the recipient was leaving the house they found out. Oh nuts said the person rang the bell...this never happened as they have a RING surveillance system set up. I was told someone would get to me on Friday April 8, 2022 but NO ONE CALLED. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!

Oh! Nuts has the worst customer service. You can’t speak to anyone on the phone about an order placed online. They say they will get back to you but never do. They do not ship orders for the date you request. They ship when they feel like it and have no regard for any information written when you place an order . DO NOT place an order with OH! NUTS if you need for a specific time or a holiday. They ship when they feel like it and do not care if it comes after the occasion or after the holiday. You can’t count on them or get accurate information . They send you an email that it was shipped one day when the truth is it was shipped 3 or 4 days later! They need to get organized and have a customer service Dept to talk to customers and give accurate information.
Overall good option for dairy free/parve options. I had an issue with an item I ordered and they seemed a bit reluctant to provide a refund, we settled on a store credit. Some of the items I’ve gotten haven’t been very fresh but overall good options.
