The order arrived in a jiffy -- very happy with product. The only problem is the cost of the shipping, which was steep. Still, it was worth ordering the persimmon. I use it to make persimmon tea.

Oh nuts definitely wants to please their customers. During Passover crunch time they were not able to fill the entire order and called me personally to try to accommodate. I was impressed with that personal touch. Also their packaging was beautiful wrapped for product protection and the quality of the products are very high. I will definitely keep ordering from them.

I thought the service was a little lacking. From the time you shipped the order, it took 3 weeks to get it. Also I thought the delivery charges were a little excessive. The product though is very good.

I paid extra for cold delivery. It was not cold when received but may have stopped chocolate from melting. Everything seems in tact. Very happy w groceries!

Have been buying from Oh Nuts for at least 10 years and probably longer. Have never had an issue with the quality of their product or their responsiveness. While they were mostly fruit and nuts in the beginning, they have a bunch of other products now also.

The most horrific experience. Not only was my order delayed, it never arrived. After calling customer service on numerous occasions they consistently weren’t able to provide an update or even understanding on the matter. Suffice to say I ordered it from another source thankfully so I wasn’t without product for holidays! NEVER SHOP HERE
