OH! NUTS Does not ship on time
Oh! Nuts has the worst customer service. You can’t speak to anyone on the phone about an order placed online. They say they will get back to you but never do. They do not ship orders for the date you request. They ship when they feel like it and have no regard for any information written when you place an order . DO NOT place an order with OH! NUTS if you need for a specific time or a holiday. They ship when they feel like it and do not care if it comes after the occasion or after the holiday. You can’t count on them or get accurate information . They send you an email that it was shipped one day when the truth is it was shipped 3 or 4 days later! They need to get organized and have a customer service Dept to talk to customers and give accurate information.
