We chose a limited deal on a model that was advertised as being in stock with a short delivery date. The charger has been fitted and we sold our diesel car in preparation for the arrival of our new EV. So far the delivery date has been pushed out three times with no communication from Octopus. We only discover this information by checking the tracker. We have to chase Octopus each time to try and get an explanation and still waiting for a satisfactory one.
Honestly cannot fault this team, from Charlie in Sales to Lydia in after sales, they are just great. Thank you Team. I am one happy customer
Ali Husain made my experience seamless. Firstly I needed a car quickly due to having no transport, Ali got the wheels moving (pardon the pun) really quickly to the point he was chasing me to reply to emails from the delivery partner to make sure I didn't miss out on an early slot. I then needed help afterwards with my charging credit, he was all over it and made sure to get me an updated code so i could us the public charging network. Thanks so much Ali, keep up the good work!!!

Christina was organised, on the ball and really helpful in making sure I got my new car as close as possible to when I needed it. There were some hiccups with the dealer that delayed things but this was not reflective of Christina/Octopus EVs.

Quick thanks to Ben Jarvis who's helped guide me through the process of ordering my first EV. Ben's answered my questions quickly, honestly and factually, not at all sales like...in a good way! He ensured I've got all the facts I needed, including answers to questions I hadn't even thought of. I've enjoyed the process so far, but can't comment on the car since that arrives in a couple of months. But so far so good!

I was very wary initially about changing to an EV, i have heard so many negativity about them. about carrying out my own review and research, it alleviated these concerns. Then it was just choosing the car i liked. I found Octopus, and they made my journey into the world of EV an easy one. The Octopus team helped me through the process and i eventually chose the BYD Seal Excellence. from the point of agreeing on the car, the whole process has been very smooth, Octopus were in constant contact to ensure i was updated and kept informed of how things were progressing. Cameron the electric charger installer agreed with me an install time, again Cameron arrived on time and explained the install process, and carried out the install very professionally, Cameron was as i had hoped, polite, professional and patient Tom in their Customer Care team was very helpful. The process of organising the insurance was also as smooth. Come the day of delivery, Colin arrived as planned on time, Colin walked me around the car, explained how it operated and ensured that i was fully satisfied prior to me signing the paperwork. I can highly recommend Octopus as a company to get your EV from, i have even changed my electrical supplier from EDF to Octopus, so everything is tied up in a nice bow.

Going above and beyond! I would like to thank Sophie Rhind so much for all the help and assistance she's given to me from our initial call in mid-May to today, where I signed on the dotted line and ordered my new VW ID.3. She's been responsive, knowledgeable, diligent, patient, consistent and always approached every interaction with positivity and cheer! A fantastic achievement. She's hand held me through each step and choice to ensure that it matched my requirements and budget. I have I felt reassured to be dealing with such a professional organisation that had my interests at the heart of what they do :)
