We chose a limited deal on a model that was advertised as being in stock with a short delivery date. The charger has been fitted and we sold our diesel car in preparation for the arrival of our new EV. So far the delivery date has been pushed out three times with no communication from Octopus. We only discover this information by checking the tracker. We have to chase Octopus each time to try and get an explanation and still waiting for a satisfactory one.
Honestly cannot fault this team, from Charlie in Sales to Lydia in after sales, they are just great. Thank you Team. I am one happy customer
Ali Husain made my experience seamless. Firstly I needed a car quickly due to having no transport, Ali got the wheels moving (pardon the pun) really quickly to the point he was chasing me to reply to emails from the delivery partner to make sure I didn't miss out on an early slot. I then needed help afterwards with my charging credit, he was all over it and made sure to get me an updated code so i could us the public charging network. Thanks so much Ali, keep up the good work!!!

New damage appeared between collection and the final damage appraisal that they are trying to charge me over £1000 for. On collection an appraisal was done which I signed for. 2 days later after their final damage appraisal they are trying to charge me for a new windscreen due to some scratches that have suddenly appeared. These scratches were not there on collection, the person collecting checked the windscreen and only flagged a small chip which had previously been fixed by octopus. I’m returning the car due to redundancy, I can’t afford to pay £1k for someone else’s damage. I certainly won’t be getting an octopus EV at my next company.

From my initial enquiry to the moment the car was delivered, the entire process was seamless and efficient. Despite speaking with several different team members along the way, everyone I dealt with was consistently friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable—which gave me real confidence as a customer. I’m genuinely impressed with Octopus EVs and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone considering leasing an electric car.

Easy process. The whole process was undertaken on line, I hadn't even taken a test drive, but the process of leasing an EV car through my company with Octopus was very easy, with people on hand to answer any questions I had. Helpful videos are provided to teach you all about your new vehicle, the charger and how to handle public charging. Tom (Charger Installer) and Shaniece (Customer Ops) were very helpful (and patient!) and their service didn't stop once the car was delivered and the charger installed, I know I can contact them if I have any questions or problems. I now have a very lovely EV Car, something that I never thought I could afford and it was a pleasure dealing with Octopus.

Honestly, I was pretty nervous moving into EV's but Octopus held my hand through the full process, from stock and ordering with Sheldon, to an epic and super-tidy charger install by Darren, to the ongoing comms from Sara and the other Octopus EV team members. Literally, everything went smoothly, which is rare these days. Since taking delivery of my shiny new Sealion 7, I've never had to wait for long responses or search through FAQ's etc., the focus has remained on me as the customer. And to top it off, I get super-cheap and greener energy from Octopus too, so it's a win for me AND the planet ;-) Thanks team Octopus :-)
