Promising start, patience is now wearing thin
We chose a limited deal on a model that was advertised as being in stock with a short delivery date. The charger has been fitted and we sold our diesel car in preparation for the arrival of our new EV. So far the delivery date has been pushed out three times with no communication from Octopus. We only discover this information by checking the tracker. We have to chase Octopus each time to try and get an explanation and still waiting for a satisfactory one.
