Fantastic experience for conveyancing and mortgage advise.
We used Ocean for conveyancing and mortgage advise. Conveyancing: Really excellent service throughout by Linda and her team. Everything sorted as quickly as possible and dealt really well with the sellers solicitors who were causing headaches. Howla website kept us up to date, as did emails and phone calls. Never had to chase once. Really impressed. Mortgage Advise: Again excellent service, this time by Luigi. Friendly and happy to chat through all the details with you. Found us a great deal, and regularly checked for rate changes to save us money. All around excellent.

Friendly Staff
Really friendly staff and helped us to find our home. They were very supportive with our decisions and helped us to secure our property. I did find, at times during the sale, we seemed to be chased for things that should have gone through the solicitor as well as being the go between the solicitor and the estate agent a fair amount. However, it was a quick and easy sale. Thank you.

Keith was so helpful from start to finish , he made the process of finding new tenants for our property plain sailing . The communication from him was excellent, very fast response via emails and calls , The whole team were great to be honest . We will definitely be using Ocean again in the future Thanks guys 😊

Demi-Leigh was our move manager who was so attentive! Replied to emails quickly, always available via phone and so helpful with booking viewings or at the end of the phone when things felt like they weren’t going well! The whole team were as helpful with viewings but Matt and Paul, who also took paperwork to different offices for us to get things moving quickly too! A pleasure to work with!

We are delighted with our new home. This would not have been possible without Mel, who listened to what we were looking for, knows the area well, and found the perfect fit. She kept us informed throughout the process, was always quick to act, and was happy to open up the house if we wanted to visit or had a survey etc. I'm very pleased to wholeheartedly recommend Mel and the team.

Excellent knowledge and professional.
Thankfully we reached out to search for a higher standard estate agent following previous experiences of poor management. Will Jenkins Alun And all the team were absolutely fantastic at the following. 1-Communication 2- research of the postal address and surrounding areas. 3- References for tenants. 4- Literally everything was covered which gave us a stress free tenancy commencement.
