Fantastic experience for conveyancing and mortgage advise.
We used Ocean for conveyancing and mortgage advise. Conveyancing: Really excellent service throughout by Linda and her team. Everything sorted as quickly as possible and dealt really well with the sellers solicitors who were causing headaches. Howla website kept us up to date, as did emails and phone calls. Never had to chase once. Really impressed. Mortgage Advise: Again excellent service, this time by Luigi. Friendly and happy to chat through all the details with you. Found us a great deal, and regularly checked for rate changes to save us money. All around excellent.

I could not be happier with Ocean…
I could not be happier with Ocean estate agents dealings with the sell of my house. From the minute Claire Kington visited my property throughout the whole journey / process, she was amazing! I would definitely recommend her, without doubt! A big shout out to Jenny in the office too. She was extremely helpful and was always 'on it'. I very much appreciate everyone's hard work! Thank you so much :)

Excellent mortgage advice and support
I have always used Ocean to arrange my mortgages and I'm very happy with their service. Excellent initial consultation with Neil. He gave helpful advice and all the info I needed to select the best mortgage. Tracey's follow up support was also great and made the whole process of arranging the mortgage very straight forward.
