Certificate was not generated alongside my test results. Also it seems that this company doesnβt sell tests anymore; my guess is their platform (and customer service) will steadily decline from here. Just another company trying to make a quick buck from the pandemic.

Economy Covid Self test kit
In some places Covid Self test kit costs around Β£15, how ever the kits which I got it from Now Test was for Β£5, its easy to use and with self explanatory instructions.

Highly recommend!
Highly recommend! I was skeptical when ordering my test here b/c of all the negative reviews from the past months but it seems that the company has improved indeed. Test was there on time and price was reasonable (20ish gbp). Would use them next time too.

Test delivered on time and worked well; communication could be better
The test was delivered on time and worked fine, and the result was delivered very quickly. My only suggestion would be to change the subject heading of one of the emails that Now Test sends. The subject heading of the email that gives instructions about how to use the test once it arrives is "YOU MUST SCAN YOUR QR CODE." That is indeed one of things you need to do, but I did not find it very helpful when I was looking for instructions. A subject heading like "Instructions for using your Now Test Covid Rapid Test" or "How to use your Now Test Rapid Covid Test" would be much better. And it's particularly important to make sure that it's easy to find the instructions when there is no interactive customer service available, which there is not.

It was very difficult to order the testing kit its not clear in the end someone rang and talked us through it however it arrived the following day and was straight forward after that would use again as one of the best prices out there
