Certificate was not generated alongside my test results. Also it seems that this company doesn’t sell tests anymore; my guess is their platform (and customer service) will steadily decline from here. Just another company trying to make a quick buck from the pandemic.

Economy Covid Self test kit
In some places Covid Self test kit costs around £15, how ever the kits which I got it from Now Test was for £5, its easy to use and with self explanatory instructions.

The application is straight forward
The application is straight forward, with exception of those who do not have roaming to use their phone abroad and trust mainly on internet connection to fill the application and the system sends messages to confirm the user. Problem in your supply chain, regarding late deliveries should be avoided.

Already more than 4 hours since I…
Already more than 4 hours since I uploaded my husband’s test picture and still no result. Not the first time I use this company but today I had so many issues with testing! And still my certificate is impossible to open and download. Support is quite now for my emails. We have flight early morning and it’s super nervous.
