Certificate was not generated alongside my test results. Also it seems that this company doesn’t sell tests anymore; my guess is their platform (and customer service) will steadily decline from here. Just another company trying to make a quick buck from the pandemic.

Economy Covid Self test kit
In some places Covid Self test kit costs around £15, how ever the kits which I got it from Now Test was for £5, its easy to use and with self explanatory instructions.

Excellent could not fault the service…
Excellent could not fault the service from this company. I needed to email them a couple of times when the rules for travel changed and they replied quickly. The process for the LFT was easier than I expected and the result certificate we needed to travel came through really quickly (10 - 15 mins at the most)

The service was quick and efficient. BUT for some reason their were no instructions on how to use the test inside the box. And the link on how to take the test on the website didn’t work either. Thankfully I remembered how to use from past experience.

AVOID - ghastly unprofessional company - no point having the tests done with this company.
Tests arrived well after day 2 and day 8 requirement and the overall results came well after the 14 day required quarantine. This happened in April 2021. I wonder why there isn't a watchdog doing something about these dodgy, incompetent, unrealiable, corrupt companies which saw an huge opportunity to profit with pandemic without any regulation whatsoever. AVOID! Ghastly customer service.

Marvelous service
Marvelous service. During my application for a covid fit to fly test somehow the app frozen and left me worring about where to get a new test just 36 hours away from my flight. I wrote Now test an email asking for their advice and they just took it from there. I completed my application by email and a couple hours later (arond 24h00 of the same day) I already had the certificate in my hands. Super hyper reliable service.
