Certificate was not generated alongside my test results. Also it seems that this company doesnβt sell tests anymore; my guess is their platform (and customer service) will steadily decline from here. Just another company trying to make a quick buck from the pandemic.

Economy Covid Self test kit
In some places Covid Self test kit costs around Β£15, how ever the kits which I got it from Now Test was for Β£5, its easy to use and with self explanatory instructions.

Reliable and responsive
The overall process was very clear and the team let me know of any updates regarding delivery and progress on results. With the fit to fly test certificate, the certificate wasnt attached on the app and I had to email customer support. At which point they responded with the certificate and in a timely manner.
