Customers who have shopped in the VIP sale....check pricing of your items. I purchased 2 items on the early viewing only to find that when the sale went instore and online the items were £8 and £6 cheaper!!!! Had I not gone back online to view other products I would not have been aware of this and would have been charged £14 more. So, check your purchases! Maybe VIP sale isn't very VIP after all.

Ordered a black shirt for my son’s prom from the Central Croydon store on July 1st. Was told it would arrive in a couple of days at the Next Home store on Purley Way. Got a text on July 2nd saying it was ready to collect.When I went on July 5th, staff couldn’t find it. After 40 minutes of confusion, I was told it had never arrived and sent back to the original store. There, I was shown the system said it had been collected. More calls to customer service (all contradicting each other), and eventually a refund and reorder — I even had to argue to get the delivery fee removed.I was promised delivery by Sunday 6th (the day before the prom). It never came. Customer service was unhelpful — one person even hung up on me. Another told me it’s still at the depot and might arrive in 24 hours. That’s no help — the prom is Monday.Wasted over 2.5 hours, paid for parking, and still no shirt. A completely unacceptable experience and a total failure from Next.

Ordered for next day delivery… updates late on the day of delivery that delivery would not be made. Delivery therefore not on time for the reason ordered. Even more frustrating - no update on delivery, no option to change delivery date. Order now delivered 2 days late while we’re away so left on doorstep!!! No credit offered.
