I visited the Neuhaus shop in Huy today to collect a gift I had received. Unfortunately, the gift didn’t include a date, which led to some confusion. Instead of trying to help, the woman who attended me seemed visibly annoyed and handled the situation with a bad attitude.
I expected a more welcoming and professional service, especially from a brand known for its quality and tradition. The chocolates may be excellent, but customer care is just as important — and sadly, it was lacking during my visit.
I've always experienced excellent customer service on visiting your lovely Harrogate store.

Shipment error corrected at once - received promptly
Order was originally shipped to the wrong country (administrative slip), but when I wrote to customer service, a new shipment was immediately sent to the correct address and received within the originally promised time period. Excellent service!
Spent over £6 on the crunchy biscuits milk chocolate bar. Really struggling to see what that cost justifies. Many other brands out there that are equal to, if not, surpass this at lower cost. Save your money. The bar was also bearing that discolouration like its melted and reformed, and I bought this instore at Waterloo station.
What a disgrace... Greatest disappointment. Most of the box, 80% was sticky chewy cheap melasse covered with a thin layer of chocolate.
Even Milka would be better as a gift. I bought 3 different boxes for Christmas.

De dame die in de winkel stond vertikte het om mij in het Nederlands te bedienen en zo onvriendelijk dat ze was, misschien omdat ik enkel mijn insider geschenk kwam afhalen. Wat een verschil tegenover andere Neuhaus verkooppunten.
Ik zal daar ook nooit meer binnenstappen.
£7 postage for home delivery and the courier just decided to deliver the order to a collection point. Did Neuhaus care, even when it was flagged the delivery was for a disabled person? No. Did they care when the chocolate pralines included in the advent calendar were faulty and were just a block of hard dark chocolate? Also no. Disgusting customer service where they just say that if you want to waste more money and order with them again they will include a token gesture. Avoid. They don't deserve the business.
très déçu de Newhaus ! J'y suis allé plusieurs fois et le chocolat était de toutes sortes avec de nombreux goûts et un prix acceptable et le personnel était gentil. mais la dernière fois, le 23/11/24, nous sommes partis très déçus. boîtes exposées pour goûter.. en tant que personnel il n'y avait qu'une seule personne qui semblait occupée, on ne pouvait pas demander et seulement 1 caissière ! nous étions un groupe qui y allait souvent et maintenant encore, mais c'était pour la dernière fois. en rentrant chez moi j'ai trouvé une des boites avec la dernière rangée où il n'y avait qu'un seul chocolat 🤦♀️😞🙃 dommage de la part de l'entreprise Newhaus 😏 Elle a dû perdre beaucoup de clients..
Commande passée, site pas très convivial mais offrir la Qualité cela demande de l effort ( et ce n est pas gratuit ) mais "quand on aime on ne compte pas" mais le problème est que la livraison s'est fait HUIT JOURS APRES LA COMMANDE ET PAR B-Post ( Bonjour la Classe ! ) Je regrette d'avoir choisit Neuhaus et.... je ne le ferai plus ! Soyez prudent. Un tel prix laisse supposer de la qualité sur toute la ligne
Bestelde een luxe doos Neuhaus bonbons; mooie verpakking, bonbons zien er aantrekkelijk uit doch de smaak stijgt niet uit boven een zeer gemiddelde fabrieksbonbon, niets artisinaals. Slechte prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. Mail aan Neuhaus geschreven maar nietszeggend, standaard antwoord terug.
Meer dan 2 uur bezig geweest om een digitale geschenkbon te bestellen. 5 telefoons met customer care om alles op te lossen.
Slechte service. Afschuwelijke bon.
Het is beter om bij een ander bedrijf te kopen.

Habitué de la Maison Neuhaus-Corné Port Royal à Wavre avenue Vésale, je ne peux que féliciter l'équipe qui y travaille pour leur accueil et les multiples conseils donnés pour guider les clients dans leur choix. De plus le magasin est d'une propreté exemplaire et l'aménagement des rayons est parfait. Il révèle un professionnalisme certain dans la gestion du magasin tout en étant respectueux de la personnalité des clients. Bravo! J'y retourne avec plaisir :-)
