The Worst Training Experience

I was having a Cisco Datacenter training with Netcom and it was the worst experience I ever had. Trainer was just reading the slides without putting any extra effort to explain things. No whiteboards, no extra materials for better understanding of concepts, didn't know where to emphasize and where to skim fast, no student engagement, he was just reading everything in the same neutral pace just for the sake of completing the formality of the training. The class became so exhausting and boring that even the trainer was yawning during his own lecture. It was a total waste of money and time.

Unprofessional & Unethical Employer ( rather it is just another mom n pop shop!

Absolutely unprofessional and unethical organisation with all frills and fancies. Inside, it is bad culture of sycophants scratching each others back. 1) Company should fire gossipers/politicians who are pulling credits of people who are hard workers and rather focus on retaining skills and talents. 2) To retain and reduce the attrition rate ( of joiners in 1st yr) which is very high, do not believe and create wrong perceptions without scanning & digging deep into harassment & vicious politics that is happening at the ground level. 3) Introspect & Summon some people level who make harassing statements & dominate aggressively because they dont want things to change for good. They are here to hide their own mistakes & gaps. 4) Before firing innocent people, seek clarifications and demand time & measures to help. 5) Work on your own HR policies, protocols and measures before spoiling someone else's careers. 6) Weak leadership that lacks trust in people beneath and is blindfolded to sensitise facts and ill treatment happening by a few growing managers. Absolutely wrong choice to have joined this mom n pop shop!

A journey of a thousand miles begins with that initial first step. If your destination is within IT, then there is no other better place to begin this journey. I would highly recommend Netcom Training, the trainers, the course contents and the professionalism offered is second to none.

Great learning experience at Netcom learning

I completed a Cisco certification course and Netcom Learning was the best platform that I could have chosen to attend it.Our instructor did a terrific job. My instructor explained the concepts really well and cleared my doubts whenever I asked him one till I reached clarity. I thank Netcom Learning for such a great experience. Looking forward to complete more such certification courses from Netcom Learning.

The virtual training experience was excellent with NetCom Learning. I am very happy with the class quality. The instructor is magnificent. He tries to keep the class lively with real world examples and does not just rely on the materials provided to better aid in our knowledge absorption.

Useless

I joined a NetCom Web Design course and I'm not impressed. The recruiter lied, for starters, about what the course involves and secondly the course instructor is monotonous and he emphasised most of our study will be outsourced by ourselves and what they do offer is the most basic of information that anyone can get off Google & Youtube. My advice, go straight to FreeCodeCamp and YouTube and cut out the middle man, just squandering government funding.

Amazing company, amazing people.

I did a 3-month CompTIA course last year. Our, instructor, Gary was brilliant. At the start, my patience was thinning as people didn't know how to download an app, and couldn't easily troubleshoot. Gary was patient the whole time and after a few months, everyone was up to scratch and equal with each other. Karen was brilliant in responding to my emails, giving me the vouchers and informing me when I can use them. Also, a special shoutout to Joe who called a few months later to get some feedback and we had a genuine chat about technology which was very refreshing. Thank you, everyone!
