Offers are usually not very good. 10% discount only on full price merch, which is cheaper in house anyway most of the time. You do get a good deal now and then, though.

In store discount stops working. Who’s issue? Support ignores
I have a in store discount code. after couple uses it stops working. UNiDAYS support blame retailer I need contact them. I speak to the company managers who doesn’t generate code. UNiDAYS want list of information . I give them after pointless back forth they admit error with code. Weeks later stops working again same process. I explain the past issue but was still urged to give info so I did. Then they stopped replying . Also they want to keep receipts and try attempts refund off m&s . UNiDAYS generates codes. Store mangers won’t accept it if codes won’t work . Back and forth.. what end is the issue…

News Subscription Cancelled Without Warning
News Subscription Cancelled. I organised for student access to a national news service which I was entitled to access throughout my uni degree. Without warning, I lost access. Reached out to UniDays for help. Took days to get a response. They asked for 'screenshots' but were not clear on what screenshots they were looking for. Days later, eventually responded with an explanation that didn't make sense in the context. Not sure what's going on at that end but completely unhelpful.

Impossibile essere riconosciuto come insegnante
Ho provato a registrarmi sul sito UNiDAYS, per usufruire degli sconti Apple Education come docente di una scuola superiore. Mi è arrivata una risposta automatica, secondo cui l'e-mail comunicata non è quella personale fornitami dall'istituto, cosa non vera. Come se non bastasse, mi viene richiesto il tesserino d'insegnante, che in Italia non c'è. Estremamente deluso. Aggiornamento... Ho ricevuto l'ennesima e-mail, che non tiene minimamente conto di quanto più volte spiegato nei miei messaggi precedenti. Nel mio caso, scrivere all'help di UNiDAYS è stato inutile e frustrante. Non è piacevole dover perdere tempo per ricevere messaggi automatici e decontestualizzati, che su Trustpilot servono soltanto a migliorare le statistiche sull'attenzione al cliente. Ultimo aggiornamento... Consiglio ai miei colleghi delle scuole superiori di effettuare l'acquisto telefonando al supporto Apple. Così facendo, ho ricevuto una e-mail, alla quale ho risposto allegando l'ultima busta paga e, per scrupolo, un certificato di servizio. In giornata, ho avuto conferma di essere idoneo a usufruire degli sconti Education e il mio ordine è stato perfezionato.

Only Apple Music for me
I use Unidays for my Apple Music account. Everytime, when I verificate my student status, I look at the offers, if there is something interesting for me. But I never find anything for me. The offers are mostly laptops and so or shops that are ethically not justifiable, so everytime I am sad about that. But anyways I can use Apple Music for less money and the verification process is running quite flawless.
