I have a in store discount code. after couple uses it stops working. UNiDAYS support blame retailer I need contact them. I speak to the company managers who doesn’t generate code. UNiDAYS want list of information . I give them after pointless back forth they admit error with code. Weeks later stops working again same process. I explain the past issue but was still urged to give info so I did. Then they stopped replying . Also they want to keep receipts and try attempts refund off m&s . UNiDAYS generates codes. Store mangers won’t accept it if codes won’t work . Back and forth.. what end is the issue…
Tried to join in on website, nothing happened, tried to contact support.nothing happened as well,was trying to get the 30% discount on pure gym,but link on website not working as well,someone needs to have a look at the site
News Subscription Cancelled. I organised for student access to a national news service which I was entitled to access throughout my uni degree. Without warning, I lost access. Reached out to UniDays for help. Took days to get a response. They asked for 'screenshots' but were not clear on what screenshots they were looking for. Days later, eventually responded with an explanation that didn't make sense in the context. Not sure what's going on at that end but completely unhelpful.

Nefasta atención al publico y nefasta recopilación de datos. No hay manera de verificar un id de estudiante enviando: correo personal, correo estudiante, carnet de estudiante Y certificado de matrícula. Los mensajes (al correo que dejan aquí y tienen puesto de ayuda) es simplemente varias personas distintas respondiendo copiando y pegando el mismo mensaje una y otra con ligeras variaciones sin ayudar íntegramente a nada, sin dar razones, sin personalizar el argumento ni siquiera sin tener en cuenta correos anteriores. Si no se os puede verificar el correo de estudiante. Dejadlo estar. Es una recopilación de datos sumamente innecesaria a enviar y que a saber con qué fines las van a utilizar, si esto ocurre de forma aleatoria. Y espero que quién lea esto de unidays, ni se te ocurra dejar un comentario pidiendo perdón y que os envié un correo explicando la situación, porque llevamos más de dos semanas hablando por correo, así que ni modo intentéis ahora ser de ayuda.
