I have a in store discount code. after couple uses it stops working. UNiDAYS support blame retailer I need contact them. I speak to the company managers who doesn’t generate code. UNiDAYS want list of information . I give them after pointless back forth they admit error with code. Weeks later stops working again same process. I explain the past issue but was still urged to give info so I did. Then they stopped replying . Also they want to keep receipts and try attempts refund off m&s . UNiDAYS generates codes. Store mangers won’t accept it if codes won’t work . Back and forth.. what end is the issue…
Tried to join in on website, nothing happened, tried to contact support.nothing happened as well,was trying to get the 30% discount on pure gym,but link on website not working as well,someone needs to have a look at the site
News Subscription Cancelled. I organised for student access to a national news service which I was entitled to access throughout my uni degree. Without warning, I lost access. Reached out to UniDays for help. Took days to get a response. They asked for 'screenshots' but were not clear on what screenshots they were looking for. Days later, eventually responded with an explanation that didn't make sense in the context. Not sure what's going on at that end but completely unhelpful.

Pues tal y como indican otros usuarios, la web es "precaria". No son capaces de indentificar una cuenta de correo como perteneciente a un dominio de educación de Google, por "sus motivos", o sea, no tiene el "formato esperado", a saber lo que harán por debajo. Su servicio de atención al cliente realmente no tiene ninguna culpa, sencillamente su implementación se ha debido quedar anclada en el pasado, por lo que ellos poco pueden hacer salvo dar respuestas genéricas. Por cierto, agradezco al usuario que indicó que lo mejor es llamar a Apple porque intentar cualquier otra solución es una pérdida de tiempo infinita. En mi caso suponía acercarme a Educación para pedir una acreditación, con todo lo que implica: pedir cita, esperar, desplazamiento .... y todo porque no pueden identificar un correo de un dominio, yo que sé, que contrasten el DNI o lo que sea, alucinante. Resumen: No os molestéis en usar su web, gestionar el descuento directamente con Apple.
