We ordered a team member a mystery kit for their birthday and they received a really cool Marseille away kit. The service was great and the order arrived quickly. The only downside is the volume of e-mails I've been receiving from them since the order, it's been at least double figures across two email addresses with offers and asking for a review.

I didnt receive my kit. So where did deutsche Post bring the Package instead and Why do i have no Information about this From them?

Great product and safe delivery. If you order from Italy you have also to pay a bigger amount of money to receive the package, so it's a good product but not so cheap

I ordered my package on March 20th and got a tracking link. The last update on that link says „in transit“ and is from March 30th. On April 13th I asked for an update and got a second tracking link that says my package is at the post office since April 5th and ready for me to pick it up. So i went to the post office on March 14th and asked for the package but they didn’t have it. Maybe it got sent back, but I don‘t exactly have another Information about my package. Is there anything I can do? I already paid online and would love to recieve that package. Kind regards
