Customs fee is not included in the delivery
My package was in the post office and I didn't receive any notification that I needed to pick it up. I had to contact your costumer service to know about the status. And the message was to call de post office and the situation was a customs fee that needed to be paid. Fee that was no where In website mentioned. I search in all your website and now where says it needs to be paid extra money to receive your package. The payment of the delivery says there that will arrive to your home and its a lie since you need to pay customs extra fee to get the package.
