Great product BUT the returns process is turning out to be a nightmare sadly

Ordered on Thursday night, delivered on Monday, mexican league shirt, good quality, good fit. Not bad for my first order

I purchased a shirt that unfortunately didn't fit. I was told I could return this for an exchange when I contacted them. I returned the item 3 weeks ago to the PO Box address as instructed. To date the company has not responded to me for 11 days despite 4 separate e-mails, facebook and instagram messages. They also took 5 days to even respond when I chased to ask for an update after I sent the item back. I have asked for a refund due to the terrible customer service but again, I haven't received any response from the company. How can you just ignore customers? Would never use again or recommend using.

Initially was buzzing with the shirt I received and think the concept is great although when I tried the shirt on it was very long compared to any medium shirt I own, tried to contact them regarding the issue but was ignored. Also me and 2 other friends purchased the mystery box within the same week and all 3 of us received the same shirt! Tigres, looks like they just purchase a bulk of the same shirt and send them out.

Really very good, my son was delighted with his Mexico league kit having selected the divisions he didn’t want you ensured a nice surprise. Great fit too.

Unique strip received in a fast and efficient manner. Would definitely order again!

Bought it when there was a sale on, ended up with a Tigres white and gold kit, beautiful but scared to wear it since it's 80% white 🤣

Dont buy from this website, i never recieved the 2 boxes i ordered. I wrote to Them about it on Instagram, Facebook and on e-mail and they never answered me. I have written to Them five times but still no answer. Would not recommend.

Package came fast

Excellent service. Forgot to add teams my son didn't want to get on an order and they were kind enough to confirm via email after order had been placed. My son loves telling his mates about different teams!

I ordered back in april or march, but I haven’t received it yet. I’ve been in contact with the customer service but they aren’t answering anymore. Money has been drawn, and i haven’t had a refund Really disappointning hence i really like the concept.

I bought a kit from here wore it once and the badge fell straight off, I messaged the company back and response wasn’t great. They still haven’t sorted this issue. Poor tbh
