Terrible Customer Service - Constantly Ignored
I purchased a shirt that unfortunately didn't fit. I was told I could return this for an exchange when I contacted them. I returned the item 3 weeks ago to the PO Box address as instructed. To date the company has not responded to me for 11 days despite 4 separate e-mails, facebook and instagram messages. They also took 5 days to even respond when I chased to ask for an update after I sent the item back. I have asked for a refund due to the terrible customer service but again, I haven't received any response from the company. How can you just ignore customers? Would never use again or recommend using.
