My dogs meals were set to arrive on Friday but never showed up from UPS. Tracking had it still at its final location before delivery. New delivery date is Monday and by then will be spoiled. Stevie contacted me within 24 hours after my email. She arranged for a new delivery ASAP at no extra charge as well as a monetary compensation on my next order for my inconvenience. She even gave me recipes I could fix to supplement her meals until the new box arrived. My 13 year old Norfolk Terrier loves Ollie’s food and turns into a puppy at mealtime spinning around like a top! It’s so hard to find good customer service these days but Ollie’s has it down pat!

This food gave my dog terrible diarrhea even though I followed all their transition advice and timeline. I tried Farmer's dog and that worked well for my dog. The consistency of the Ollie's is pasty and sticky, it didn't look as fresh as the Farmer's Dog.

Ollie is a fantastic company, not only is there food high quality and tasty for our little friend but absolutely terrific customer service. One of the best companies I’ve had the pleasure of doing business with. Thank you for all the great years of quality dog food.

I called to tell you what a fantastic product you have, and I literally have tried them all. Tucker loves his food and he can be picky. Also no more itching. Everybody should at least try it.

The chicken and carrot fresh recipe has been a lifesaver for my little Yorkie with IBD! He has been on every prescription and homemade and fresh food diet that I have been able to find and this is the only one that has worked! I am so thankful!
