Came fast and in perfect condition. I gave some of the baked beef and he started eating it as soon as I put the bowl down, and that was something he never did with other dog food. He loves Ollie and Im very pleased. Thank you Ollie.
I received the 2 week trial box,my dogs wouldn't eat it,i tried to cancel on the app and you can't, it says more account options coming soon, so i figured the cancelation option will be part of that.i checked first 2 month still nothing only option you can do on app is change delivered date so I kept changing every month,so 6 months later I got a delivery for 42 packs 268 bucks, I called they won't refund me and apparently you have to go to Ollie's. Com to cancel pretty tricky for a company to do,if you have to trick me into buying your ffood must not be easy to sell,maybe try to make food a dog will eat

Ollie is my dogs favorite food. They like the baked (dry) food and the wet food. I can barely open the package without them in my lap. They go absolutely crazy for it.
I love the whole-food ingredients in this brand. My dog seems healthier, and enjoys her mealtime so much more than before! The food comes packaged so carefully, it feels like someone took their time to make sure her food was delivered safely.
Customer service was very well handled I actually communicated with a real live person
Excellent packaging even for a hot southern porch all the food was still frozen solid when I got home from work Such a high quality product and my dog loves it! No upset tummy ever.
I had farmer's dog for awhile. Did not like it,there were times that that product delivered already thawed,with ice packs. Ollie delivered a very frozen product,with a very insulated box. I was very happy

I was drawn to Ollie by their aggressive marketing campaign, especially their claims against The Farmer's Dog, which I had been happily using. I decided to give Ollie a try—but quickly regretted it. The food arrived with a noticeably dry and sticky consistency, nothing like the fresh, balanced meals I’d been getting before. My dog, who had never been a picky eater, began skipping meals and seemed less enthusiastic about mealtime overall. Worst of all, he developed a bald patch on his side during the switch—something I’d never seen before. On top of the poor food quality, Ollie is actually more expensive than The Farmer’s Dog. Their marketing approach, which relies on misinformation and slandering competitors, left a bad taste in my mouth. I don’t support companies that resort to that kind of strategy. I would strongly discourage anyone from falling for the hype. There are better, more honest options out there for your dog.
I think the dog food is probably a decent quality however they contract with the absolute worst logistics carrier in the world. Pretty sure of that after spending 33 years in logistics myself. Each month I run out out of the dry food. Every month I have to call to find out where my order is. The staff is very sweet and loves to give me a $50 credit but I’m not in this for I need the dog food. I’ve asked to have my packages advanced. They told me they’d take care of that two months later I’m still having to track down my package. It’s 4:30 in the afternoon and it still has not arrived. The logistics carrier says the box went out at 7:33 this morning from 40 miles away And yet it’s not here and no one can get in touch with the driver to find out where she is with the delivery, I’m going to have to switch to a competitor and give them a try.
The package was delivered on time and in very good condition.
The delivery guy came during a gully-washing rain storm. He stayed in his car until there was moment of lighter rain, but he still got rather drenched. Texas rain storms can be quite a pain in the you-know-what! I felt so bad for him, but he had a smile on his face. After he left, it dawned on me that I should have tipped.
We've trusted Ollie since 2018 for our pup. They've always been beyond excellent with their customer service!
