my dog gets absolutely crazy excited as soon as he hears the UPS delivery driver drop off his box. He knows that it’s filled with tons of goodies for him not just treats but good food. That’s amazing for his health and will help my puppy live a long, healthy life he loves the taste of Ollie and genuinely whines a little bit once he finishes, licking it off his lick mat. I’m so impressed by the thorough packaging and Ollie’s commitment to ensuring that the food is delivered safely.

The dogs love the food and the food seems to be helping them out as well!.

When I signed up, the area to enter allergens did not show up on my phone, or I missed it. We started the subscription and then realized that all of their meals contained at least 1 ingredient that Schuyler is allergic or sensitive to. When I texted to cancel the subscription, they not only canceled it, but also refunded my initial box. They have great customer service and the food seems great. It just won't work for our pup.

Everything was good. The online buying experience, the delivery and products were very good. The only thing I didn't expect were the little packages of food that arrived. I thought there would be more frozen fresh food.

My golden doodle had been turning her nose up to all food. She is persistent and will not eat even when hungry thus easily gets too skinny. Tried Ollie and she’s finally not battling me, but eating willingly. Yes it’s expensive, but it has been worth not worrying. Also, if she doesn’t eat all of one order, I can extend the delivery of the next shipment. This helps the cost.

Returned email promptly replaced some food.

I had made an error on my order and only ordered 1 flavor of dog food instead of the variety pack. They sent me a whole new shipment with the other flavors.

I like the friendly tone of the emails, the useful information on the serving portions and quick responses. I do not like all the plastic in the individual packages.

The bags of dry ice are busted and the chemicals are on the packs of food. Not sure how much she gets after rinsing them off
