Arrived on time as ordered and expected.

The ease of front door delivery, and the quality of the product is exceptional. I’ve tried other brands and my girl is very happy with Ollie, and Customer Service has been very helpful to customize my orders to suit our needs!

We have a very picky eater and our dog loves the Ollie food! Service is also great.

The food is delivered in excellent, recyclable insulated packaging, so it’s still solidly frozen when I receive it. My dog loves the variety of meals and I love that it’s healthy, minimally processed human-grade quality.

Delivery was promptly as scheduled and with care. The package was packed with efficient of dry ice. Temperature was kept perfect. I am very happy with the packing and the delivery.

The Ollie company associates are completely understanding of people! Their financial status. A huge thing when you are having to choose not buy good dog food.

teddy loves the food. i sometimes mix in so,e blueberries or strawberries or kale. or just serve it plain. anyway the dish is licked clean.

Customer service was excellent and always available and answer all questions. The only thing I would change is having availability to change quantities of each food you are receiving. I myself have 2 very picky Chihuahuas. Most of the time they like chicken more then Turkey but do like to switch it up a bit. It would definitely make it easier to have the ability to order the quantity of each food.

I originally placed an order for each of my dogs. Then realized I could have just placed one order and they could share. Customer Service was very helpful and corrected it right away.

Had some concerns about the amount of food my dog was receiving. Response time was impressive and information detailed, easy to follow. Ollie also followed up in the next few days to see I had any other questions. GREAT SERVICE!

Food is easy to prepare, and the system is very easy with the Ollie tools/containers, etc. However, it’s just very expensive and not sustainable long term.

They are always on time and easy to skip if I get too much. I have tried at least 3 others and Ollie has the best products and easiest to open containers. Each meal is proportioned based on the information I provided. My dogs love all the flavors and I like the no mess cleanup.

The service has always been excellent & the food high quality. We saw an immediate improvement in Macy’s health when we changed to Ollie. Today, when we had to put her down, the lady was very helpful in getting our subscription cancelled & our money refunded without any hassle. Thank you for being so kind on such an emotional day.

Started Ollie over a year ago and have always really loved their foods. We switched back and forth for a bit but ultimately went back to Ollie! My pup loves their fresh and baked food and Ollie’s customer service is incredible. Had such a great experience every time when reaching out to customer service and they have great response times. Overall I think Ollie is a quality brand that knows how to maintain relationships with customers. Love Ollie.
