Some Good and Some Not Good
My dogs love this food and I like feeding gently cooked food with organ meat. Feeding this food is very convenient though unpacking each delivery and discarding the recycle material is quite a task, but that is not a fault of Ollie's, just the nature of purchasing frozen food online. What I do not like is they include legumes in their recipes despite the known issue with nutrition mediated dilated cardiomyopathy. I am ordering the two meats (turkey and pork) with only a small portion of peas :(. But anyone unaware of this potential disease (NDCM) could be putting their dog in harms way. I also really dislike the interface for managing my orders. I want to change the size of the package being sent for one of my dogs and I cannot figure out how to do it on my own. I want to remove an item I added with my first order (treats) and I cannot find a way to do it. The customer interface is horrible. If I can find a similar food that my dogs love as much, I will switch.
