Food safety is not a priority
My shipment arrived with the dry ice packs completely melted and holes in the plastic packs. The food was also partially thawed..a portion of some packs were completely warm. I didn’t assess each pack individually as I deemed it a total loss by the state of it. I also take food safety very seriously. The representative told me she’d replace 5 out of 14 packs for good measure after she clarified whether the packs were still somewhat frozen. She said they should still be safe if I wanted to test it out and monitor if my dog got sick or not. I said absolutely not and requested a full replacement. She sounded very annoyed with me and reluctantly agreed. She told me my replacement order would arrive by Saturday (today) and I did not receive an email confirmation of a new order, nor did I receive a tracking number. It’s around 6:30 PM and it’s looking like my order won’t be arriving. I had high hopes for Ollie’s but this left a bad taste in my mouth and I don’t intend on giving them my business again.
