My dog has been very picky in her 3 years about food, but she loves Ollie! No hesitation no turning her nose up! Ordering, shipping and app are easy to use.

Instead of actually canceling the subscription as requested, customer support is doing manipulation in order to avoid cancellation. What is the point with having a customer that will eventually dispute or do a chargeback because guess what I documented that I asked to cancel so the chargeback will be accepted.

he is very kind, and he solve all of my issues. It was a very pleasant experience to have someone on the other end who knew all about the company. I have a French Bulldog-Boston Terrier & she's wild LoL. When it comes to food, I want her to have the best option. Once she tried Ollie, I knew that was the way to go. The way she eats it & sits while I prep it, is like waitin for Sunday family dinner to be served. She's into all flavors, until further notice. Ollie will be her food option.

We switched our French Bulldog Walter's food from kibble to Ollie on his one year birthday. Best decision we've ever made. His coat is full and shiny. His nose is no longer dry. His weight is perfect and best of all he loves his mealtimes. Thank you Ollie!

My fur baby loves the food. I personally love the App. It makes it so much easier to order. And I love the added perks to the app as well.

I think customers should be able to customize their selection... only 2 flavors, not 3, every month, not every two weeks. You have no idea the financial impact the price of Ollie has on a fixed income

I will be honest I have a very picky Yorkie and it's been a stressful transition to fresh food. I wasn't successful with other plans but really wanted this to work. The support with Ollie has been just amazing! I think we're going to make it! They have been incredibly helpful and supportive! Thank you to all the people at Ollie! They're the best!

My little dog really likes her new food. She always seemed hungry with her old food. Now I feed her twice a day and she is very satisfied. She no longer begs for my food. Ordering is also easy and shipments are on time.
