Lucinda was very polite and easy to understand . She tried to help with us accessing our credit with Norwegian but it is too early to do it yet . Hopefully My Cruises can access the credit some time in the future
Very friendly and proficient service. process was quick and easy to complete. Consultant able to direct me to other departments so I could seek advise.

Temira Karcher was extremely helpful in finding out our Honolulu accommodation early for our upcoming Hawaii to Sydney Cruise with a 5 day stay in Honolulu in September/October. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to friends & family for her professionalism and help
I will NEVER book with this company. I block a new number EVERY DAY only to get a new SMS from them straight away. I have and will continue to block and report as spam but will go to the media if it continues. I will add 1 star reviews every day until it stops
I recently booked a cruise package and emailed Mycruises a few months later for help with my booking. I was assisted by Melissa who I found to be very helpful and she really solved my problems quickly. I really appreciated her help and can't wait to go on our cruise. Thanks Melissa!
Travel arrangements were generally convenient One of the 2 nights accommodation in Bali would have been better used as the final day to prevent an eleven hour period between checkout and flight time, however, in our case this was overcome by booking a reasonably cheap hotel close to the airport The cruise on Regent seven seas voyager was excellent in terms of service, quality of food, wines and premium spirits, cocktails etc The Butler service was outstanding with every need taken care of expeditiously and the Compass Rose Restaurant Hostess and staff was outstanding. The excursion options were plentiful and Destinations Staff most helpful
Talking to someone in Australia; unfortunately we had our overseas flight to connect to a cruise, cancelled 3 days prior to departure, but your team were able to help us out so that we didn't miss the cruise. THANK YOU
