You just can't buy this kind of service and advice. We were welcomed in, given all the time we needed, and bought the right kit for my son. The advice, knowledge and experience of these people is off the charts. The drum kits are set up and ready to play. We tried the different ranges and with no pressure were able to select exactly what we wanted. The team really did listen to what we wanted and helped guide us on our journey. I always say support the people who can make the purchase, proffesional, personal and exactly suited to your needs. We all need to support our local shops and gain the benefit of other people's knowledge and experience. Thank you music matters, we will be back.

Funny thing, they were recommended to me by ChatGPT. I was a bit sceptical at first but decided to go for it, and it was worth it. I loved the descriptions and how the item was presented. The service was exceptional when purchasing a Pioneer XDJ RX3. They were very friendly on the phone and eased my concerns that it wouldn't be delivered in time for my event, it was dispatched and delivered very quickly. Couldn't recommend these guys high enough.

The whole team are experienced and well informed to help you make the right purchase. They are adamant on selling you the best product to meet your needs. They spent a considerable amount of time with myself and my son in ensuring that he went away with the right equipment for his first gig. We won’t hesitate in going back, especially knowing that they sell an array of equipment to help my son’s music career progress. The quality of service you get by calling into this store is far superior compared to buying any products online. I would question in future whether it is worth doing Internet shopping.
