Simply The Best + Free Chicken this was my order. It is literally the smallest amount of food. Steaks are a bit funny, grey when cooked inside. Not worth it.

Customer service was good at changing the delivery address for me and the order turned up on time

I ordered some of the ready meals. When the package arrived the box was soaked through where products had leaked everywhere. It had clearly been poorly packaged as they were upside down, all over the place. The smell was absolutely vile and the entire contents of the package had to be disposed of. I've contacted customer support and sent them photographic evidence. I've asked multiple times for the order to be refunded, but the request keeps being ignored. Initially I was offered a £15 discount off my next order. I have now been offered a replacement order, which I do not want in case it happens again. I want my money back. DEFINITELY won't be ordering from here again.

Great service and products

Really impressed with MuscleFood overall—great quality meat, well-packaged, and delivered on time. Everything I’ve tried so far has been fresh and high-quality. However, one sealed chicken breast had a bad smell and was slimy, so I had to throw it away, which was disappointing. Aside from that, I’d definitely order again, but I hope quality control improves to avoid issues like that in the future

Unfortunately I can't give zero stars otherwise I would, been using MF for quite a while now and never had any issues but last week my delivery was apparently left on my front door step even though there was nothing there when I got home from work, trying to get any response from them is literally impossible and they don't have a phone number conveniently so I am now stuck £85 out of pocket and no food !!

I will stick with my usual butcher. The steaks, burgers, mince and loin chops were tiny compared to The Fat Butcher. £85 for 5 kilo of chicken and a few sausages.

Order the weight loss plan! Meals started off great until one of them gave me food poisoning!! Would give zero stars if I could!! Contacted customer service before my next subscription was even dispatched just to be told they can not cancel as order was already processed for dispatch NOT DISPATCHED already… funnily enough all contact has stopped from the company since I have requested to return this order for a full refund so now I’m left with food waste which I would say is not very economically friendly!! I do not trust their food now so I will not be consuming another meal!! For a country in food crisis this company does not care about food waste and will send out meals knowing they are going to be wasted and thrown away!!!!! AVOID!!

Flavour and quality of meat was great - I could even notice a different texture chewing them compared to supermarket meats. No issues with delivery and very pleased I can meal prep & make dinners knowing I'm consuming fresher produce (rather than highly processed meat).

was nice food but missing £7 worth of items . however they are trying to claim that i received these items when i did NOT !! if that is the case then one of your employees are stealing of you and of the customers ! not pleased at all and the customer service is so shitty !!
