I would have a word with the courier you use. Twice orders did not arrive and the third one finally turned up at 7.30pm. Perishable Gouda should take priority

The website is user friendly, delivery was quite fast. Meat was packed nicely with Ice, ready to go into the freezer. But we need some cuts of lamb on your website...Lamb is a very popular meat and should be sold alongside your beef!

Ordered 3 protein pizzas, they arrived mouldy. I sent an email to customer services and got no reply. I have photographic proof of this and sent this with my complaint. So much for their strapline, "we can't wait for you to get stuck into your box of healthy goodies." Annoyingly there is no customer support number, just a useless automated 'chat box' with very limited options. Ripped off and disgusted by the lack of caring. Be careful.

Advised I was getting an order I did not want. Emailed in to stop the order, told it was a system error and there was no order. Then a delivery arrived, and my account was debited! Even worse, the meat was 'fresh' from Poland and had been frozen at some point. I am definitely removing my details from this company and will never use them again. AVOID!

My delivery was delayed and when I received my muscle food chicken was off. Had to throw away 2 kg chicken breast as was no safe to eat. I wish I read a bad Customers reviews before I've place my order. Never order from you again.

They gave me half the order and not to mention it went off within 4 days in zip locked bags. Meat from supermarkets such as Aldi, Lidl. Tesco, Sainsbury’s meat lasted far better and was better quality, they give false information on a bundle pack and send you half the meat and ignore you when you raise an issue. Absolutely horrific place to order from and definitely shall not order from them again: I will be reporting them to trading standards as well. AVOID.

Quality food that stays the same size after cooking! You know what I mean 😄 Cheaper than the supermarkets and prompt delivery! Bonus! My supermarket shopping days are being minimised 😎

The meat is of good quality and at a reasonable price.
