I am a first time customer. Picked my delivery date for today and my order never arrived. I have reported ‘help’ on the order through the main website and they stated that an email will be sent for me to submit my query which I never received either. I wouldn’t be too bothered if I didn’t reschedule my work shift today to be at home for the delivery.
Delivery was not received due to a delivery problem, slow turnaround on organisation of a redelivery (took approx 2 weeks). No compensation offered, given, only acknowledgement was a standard auto reply saying sorry which I received 3 times.

Brilliant quality and very tasty, and all cheaper than I thought.
Have had an order from them previously and really think their meat is outstanding. I confirmed with them that this wasn't halal as didn't want that type of meat. Being able to choose your delivery date also beneficial.
I always buy off muscle food as it's always good quality never have any problems what so ever
Terrible packaging and very slow delivery. Customer service is nonexistent. I got generic responses. I no longer want to bother ordering at this point. Obviously, there is no quality control. Don't be fooled!
Well once I eventually got my meals delivered, I have say they were delicious and great value

4 of my prepped pots arrived split, I emailed customer service but was just told “sorry” no effort to resolve the problem. Considering I’ve spent £197.55 on Musclefood in the last two months it’s very disappointing. You’ve now lost a frequent purchaser.

When your order get delivered straight to your door, it come well packaging with ice packs, so all your items stays fresh for hours. Easy to order on line loverly meat, from chicken, sausage, beef burgers all sorts. They all taste really nice and you can put them in the fridge or freezer. Great service thankyou
Didn't receive order as DPD didn't even deliver to my address instead somewhere else saying they 'left it on your porch' which is odd because ai don't have a porch as I live above shops on a High Street

I love the meats when I can afford them. I just get very disappointed when I get told of a good offer and I can't purchase them and use my £5 off for signing up or my free delivery at the same time. I recently wanted to purchase the £20 chicken offer and 2 pork rib racks, no matter how I tried it would not let me do it so I added a mystery and the prices all reverted back to full price. I gave up again! I give up many more times than I make a purchase. I can't fault anything I have purchased though. 5 stars for quality.
