Always great service products and delivery

For a start says 30 get free delivery and I still payed 6 quid the delivery driver just left my food outside knocked once and drove of dint wait to see if anyone answered or nothing

Quite a bit of fat on steaks

Chicken breast are OK steak were the worst I've ever tried 3 different methods of cooking after a few very tough bites dog had them have no idea why med rare med and well done tried still poor haven't tried anything else doubt will try mince sorry to be honest just my experience

Ordered 10 Uruguayan sirloin steaks, first two took that much chewing my Mrs got a RSI, second pair left me with a jawline like David Coulthard, gave the rest to my Alsatian and he’s using them as a chew toys, lasted longer than any of his plastic ones

Very disappointed with the packaging as 15jg of chicken was stored in a basic plastic back and not a aluminium foil back to help keep fresh also after spending a £100 and not even getting a small freebie was disappointing too

Great quality lean meats. A little on the expensive side, unless there are offers on. But the old saying that you get what you pay for is true. I am finding that buying in bulk helps for meal planning, which in turn is really helping me achieve my weight loss goals and protien intake. I will definitely be continuing to use Muscle Food.

Really enjoying the products, good value and tasty meals. Easy ordering and always kept informed of delivery. When one of my meals was sold out, I was told straight away and the price refunded back into my account, no dramas .efficient company to deal with. Will definitely be using again

This is the second time in as many orders that DPD haven't fulfilled their duties properly. This time the driver just left my food in a public space close to an open door to a main road, with the parcel stolen, again. Will they change their courier or impose more stringent rules upon their drivers? Who knows. UPDATE: They offered me my £15-off voucher I had from the first time, but only after I asked what they would do to compensate another failed delivery. I said offering me what I had from the first time around was shocking from a customer service perspective, so they came back with... £25-off voucher (which still has a minimum spend of £30 so really £55 worth of stuff for £30, not really a great way to deal with 3 failed orders 'Spend more, we'll get it right this time'. I had to escalate to a supervisor who said nope, that's all we're giving you, I said no, escalate further. Paige, who had Director in her signature, said it 'was more than fair' - I'm sorry, more than fair? What for me to have to waste hours of my time chasing refunds and drivers who were too lazy to climb stairs; she also had the audacity to say DPD were one of the best - yeah, tell that to my stomach. 3rd of March I ordered my first hamper and I'm still waiting to taste their food! Their customer service is SHOCKING. If they get their finger out and give a decent amount, I'll try again, or how about they offer something for free as compensation to see if they have sorted their delivery problem out? Nah, they wouldn't do that; too many people probably in the same boat as me!

Excellent service, Food and Flavour, absolutely delicious, could do with a variety of meat, flavours like sweet and sour, Hot and Spicy, tangy Tomato and variety of Soup.

Food was fresh and arrived when it said it would. The chicken didn't lose any size when cooking and the steaks were beautiful.

Easy to order

Bought 5 meals from their sister site (Prepped Pots) couldn't find them on here to review so using Muscle Food instead, first meal was supposed to be chicken and Chorizo paella, totally lacked flavour, 2nd meal was told it could be oven cooked and the trays they were in melted within minutes needless to say subscription cancelled.
