Zero communication and long delivery times
It’s been 10 weeks since instructing Moving Motorcycles to ship by bike from London to Lisbon and still no delivery date provided. The team are unresponsive to calls and emails, overall would recommend a different company to ship your bike with to avoid the frustration and long lead times.
Couldn't be happier
We couldn't be happier with, or more grateful to, MM. After considering hiring our own van to collect a motorcycle we hoped to buy, we were thrilled we went to MM instead. Such professionalism, excellent service and genuine care. Thank you so much :-)
Purchased a BSA Gold Star at Bonhams…
Purchased a BSA Gold Star at Bonhams April Auction Stafford. Placed the order with MM for delivery and said I would be away until 13th May. The bike arrived 14th May. Excellent service.

good to perfect service
After a long search I finally found the kind of CCM I rode 20 years ago and bought it without having a chance of picking it up myself. By recommendation I contacted the Moving Motorcycles team. The price offered seemed fair. Due to lots of own business travels I was not in a rush. Pickup and delivery worked out well. The driver was a polite english gent with an interesting bike background. Eventough my bike was by far the cheapest in his truck he treated it like a treasure. The only „negative“ remark I have is the lack of communication during the whole process. I would love to give 4,5 stars. For sure I will use the Moving Motorcycles services in the future again. Best regards. Peter

These guys are awesome!
These guys are awesome! Diligent, caring, super-communicative about every step. They shipped three bikes for me, and it was a tricky job as they were spread out and in an awkward location. No extra “pain in the rear” charge, they just got it sorted. Can’t recommend enough! I wish all business were this easy going and helpful. Great job, guys.

Doncaster to Valencia
Doncaster to Valencia. I had a last minute decision to move my Guzzi for the winter. Arrangements were confirmed and despite my late changes everything was dealt with and sorted. The back up was excellent and informative. The driver was great to deal with and both picked up my bike in Doncaster and 2 days later to my door in Spain. Very impressed and would recommend to anyone for a trusted service.

BAD BAD BAD. AVOID.
I’m glad everyone else seems to rate this shoddy outfit so highly. My experience has been poor to say the least. Poor/No communication. No sense of urgency and then delivered my bike without the keys. They then found the keys. But no rush to post them even though they promised next day delivery. I’ve had to do all the chasing and I still have a bike and no key. Absolute cowboys. AVOID.
