Zero communication and long delivery times
It’s been 10 weeks since instructing Moving Motorcycles to ship by bike from London to Lisbon and still no delivery date provided. The team are unresponsive to calls and emails, overall would recommend a different company to ship your bike with to avoid the frustration and long lead times.
Couldn't be happier
We couldn't be happier with, or more grateful to, MM. After considering hiring our own van to collect a motorcycle we hoped to buy, we were thrilled we went to MM instead. Such professionalism, excellent service and genuine care. Thank you so much :-)
Purchased a BSA Gold Star at Bonhams…
Purchased a BSA Gold Star at Bonhams April Auction Stafford. Placed the order with MM for delivery and said I would be away until 13th May. The bike arrived 14th May. Excellent service.

Needed to transport a Yamaha 600 motorcycle from Desborough, Northamptonshire to London SE9. Moving Motorcycles recommended by GTec Performance (Ducati) workshop near to me. Contacted Moving Motorcycles on Friday, very helpful & friendly, job arranged for and carried out today Wednesday. Easy straightforward pickup & delivered in the timescale given in an enclosed secure vehicle by the driver. Very professional job by all the team involved. A big thank you to one & all from myself & grandson who received the bike. Excellent service & would recommend to anyone needing similar jog done. David Panter

Excellent service and very Professional
This Company is very professional and easy to deal with. They are great communicators and the whole bike moving service went smoothly . The guy who moved my brother's Ducati collected it from me on time and it was delivered to my brother safely and on time. I had great confidence in the guy and he was friendly , polite and professional. The Company laid out straightforward terms and were easy to talk to via phone or e-mail . We would have no hesitation in using them again in the future. The overall cost was reasonable too.

5 Star Service from Moving Motorcycles
A very professional service from start to finish. The first time I have entrusted one of my bikes to a third party for transport, from London to Somerset in this case, but I need not have worried! The whole process was straightforward with all my (many) questions and queries answered promptly by telephone and email. My bike was handled with great care by the very knowledgeable driver, who is clearly a motorcycle enthusiast! All at a reasonable cost too! Many thanks from a very satisfied customer!
