Die Lieferzeit ist höllisch. Obwohl 4-5 Werktage angekündigt waren, wurde diese Zeit deutlich überschritten und ich habe deshalb eine E-Mail zur Stornierung der Bestellung gesendet. Aber es wurde ignoriert, die Bestellung wurde verschickt und ich musste sie zurückschicken. Dafür habe ich sehr hohe Transportkosten bezahlt. Auf meine Bitten (die Bestellung zu stornieren und dann Informationen zur Rücksendung anzufordern) erhielt ich zwischenzeitlich E-Mails ohne jeden Sinn. Die wiederholte Erklärung war, dass sie viele E-Mails erhalten und keine Zeit haben, sie zu lesen. Diese ganze Geschichte dauerte fast 2 Monate. Die Teile sind vermutlich gut, aber an der Lieferzeit und dem Kundenservice gibt es nichts zu bemängeln.

Item was bought as MSP were the only place I could find that had it in stock. Bit of (actually a lot of) trouble with the first carrier- Holland to Scotland- but MSP came good in the end. Very good communications, and I would certainly use this excellent trader again.
