Die Lieferzeit ist höllisch. Obwohl 4-5 Werktage angekündigt waren, wurde diese Zeit deutlich überschritten und ich habe deshalb eine E-Mail zur Stornierung der Bestellung gesendet. Aber es wurde ignoriert, die Bestellung wurde verschickt und ich musste sie zurückschicken. Dafür habe ich sehr hohe Transportkosten bezahlt. Auf meine Bitten (die Bestellung zu stornieren und dann Informationen zur Rücksendung anzufordern) erhielt ich zwischenzeitlich E-Mails ohne jeden Sinn. Die wiederholte Erklärung war, dass sie viele E-Mails erhalten und keine Zeit haben, sie zu lesen. Diese ganze Geschichte dauerte fast 2 Monate. Die Teile sind vermutlich gut, aber an der Lieferzeit und dem Kundenservice gibt es nichts zu bemängeln.

Items not necessarily in stock and import duty payable
Other companies list if an item is in stock or not which is a pain if you have made the assumption that they have what they list as not stated otherwise. Other companies manage this. After 2 weeks delay they use Fedex which failed to deliver on the promised date causing me to waste my time changing my plans in order to be in for delivery. Also not mentioned during the buying process is the buyer being liable for import duty, which to be fair is in the terms and conditions, but maybe I have been spoiled by the last few imported goods have been automatically duty paid as part of the international buying experience. Duty status should be shown front and centre if you ship worldwide, not hidden in the terms and conditions Well I know now and am much less likely to use this company again.

Versand erst nach Aufforderung obwohl die Teile Lagerware waren. Versandkosten für eine Warensendung(2,55€) kostet 6,49€. PS: Die Ware wurde aus Deutschland verschickt, mit der Deutschen Post als Warensendung.

BTW niet aftrekbaar
De site en tekeningen zijn heel overzichtelijk. Ook bij problemen is de klantenservice heel behulpzaam! Groot min-punt voor ondernemers in het buitenland: hier moet je wel de BTW betalen en kan je bij gevolgd niet terug krijgen in je eigen boekhouding = puur verlies! (bij alle andere sites gaat dit wel zonder problemen)
