Die Lieferzeit ist höllisch. Obwohl 4-5 Werktage angekündigt waren, wurde diese Zeit deutlich überschritten und ich habe deshalb eine E-Mail zur Stornierung der Bestellung gesendet. Aber es wurde ignoriert, die Bestellung wurde verschickt und ich musste sie zurückschicken. Dafür habe ich sehr hohe Transportkosten bezahlt. Auf meine Bitten (die Bestellung zu stornieren und dann Informationen zur Rücksendung anzufordern) erhielt ich zwischenzeitlich E-Mails ohne jeden Sinn. Die wiederholte Erklärung war, dass sie viele E-Mails erhalten und keine Zeit haben, sie zu lesen. Diese ganze Geschichte dauerte fast 2 Monate. Die Teile sind vermutlich gut, aber an der Lieferzeit und dem Kundenservice gibt es nichts zu bemängeln.

Experiencia totalmente inaceptable y poco recomendable. No volvería a comprar ni un solo producto más. Cuando compras el producto, el pasado 18/05, en mi caso, aparecía 1 en stock (espejo Izdo. BMW K1600 GTL completo) y aparecían además a parte todos los componentes que componen el espejo en si, excepto el cristal espejo, que no ya no estaba disponible. La fecha prevista de entrega una vez realizado el pedido y el pago, era el 02/07. Pues bien, transcurrido una semana, seguía sin información actualizada del pedido, escribía un e-mail, y la respuesta es que se había solicitado al proveedor y que están a la espera de recibirlo, para proceder al envío, seguían pasando los días y el 02/07, fecha prevista de entrega, seguía si haber recibido la Pza. y sin actualizarse en el seguimiento. Nuevamente, otro e-mail, la respuesta es que ellos no tienen stock, pero cuando compras la Pza, aparece si esta en stock o no, que el proveedor, se la iba a enviar en esa misma semana, pero en el seguimiento, sin información actualizada. Paso otra semana más y ya era la 3º desde la compra, nuevamente la perdido respuesta fue, que ellos no podia hacer nada más, que estaban a la espera de respuesta del proveedor etc., transcurrido otra semana más, decidí anular el pedido y comprarla en BMW. Cual fue mi sorpresa, que la misma Pza. costaba 65€ más barata que en MSP, increíble, más barato la BMW que MSP. Es cierto que una vez anulado el pedido, se me reemboso la cantidad pagada pero en un plazo de 4 días desde la solicitud de anulación. No recomiendo a nadie la compra en MSP
