Monarch Water is exceptionally well-rated by customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and professional, though some mention concerns about customer service and expensive.
The water softener has been installed for 10 months. During that time there have been a couple of separate issues regarding it's operation reducing the softening quality. On both occasions Monarch have been very supportive and on both occasion have rectified the issue effectively with minimal fuss. Overall the unit is excellent and so is the service that I have received from Monarch.
Dom fixed the issue with my softener and gave a full explanation of what had caused the problem. Very happy with the service from Monarch, I highly recommend using this company.
Dom arrived on time was very polite and got on with the service I had book very knowledgeable working very cleanly did his tests all ok after his work thank you Dom
Dom turned up on time and diagnosed/replaced the faulty valve quickly. System back up and running in less than 15 minutes.

Exellent customer Service. I had a replacement machine, old one was over 10 years old. Engineer was pleasent, arrived on time and left the house clean and tidy, taking the old machine with him.

Monarch replaced the resin beads in our softener which appear to be the cause of our discoloured water. Very helpful and excellent advice and service from Trevor and Ian.

Really excellent water softener. I thought that a previous make that I had was good but this is far better. It is so easy to refill with salt tablets as well. Excellent product.

I bought this unit to replace an 11 yr old Monarch machine that provided reliable service until the resin needed replacing. The new machine just sits in the cupboard doing its thing, it seems to consume less salt than the previous machine and if it is as reliable as the old one I will be well pleased.

With a minimum of difficulty a friend and I fitted a Monarch Maxi to our domestic kitchen. The instructions with the machine and online we found to be tailored to suit a novice, as well no doubt as a professional. Living with the water softener has proved a revelation. The lime scale of ages has simply melted away. Taps work better. All types of Washing are more pleasurable. If you live in a hard water area the installation of a Monarch water softener will improve your life. Simply true.
