Person 9n phone is incompetent i asked to update my 02 contract now im on 3 not wot was asked for also all I could hear was people in the background laughing and joking The lady was called Tiffany and was absoulte waste of time not happy at all I've been with 02 8 years I told her I was thinking bout leaving but was going to stay as might be handset see said can't do any deals.on 02 then out of no were I.hqve a 3 contract if it's no good it's coming straight back to you I've used mobile phones direct for years and this will be the last time I do

Excellent service. I have used these multiple times. I find their process to be very good! The phones arrive incredibly quickly. The next day in almost all cases (and before the day it should for another phone that was out of stock) Great service. Definitely recommend
