Person 9n phone is incompetent i asked to update my 02 contract now im on 3 not wot was asked for also all I could hear was people in the background laughing and joking The lady was called Tiffany and was absoulte waste of time not happy at all I've been with 02 8 years I told her I was thinking bout leaving but was going to stay as might be handset see said can't do any deals.on 02 then out of no were I.hqve a 3 contract if it's no good it's coming straight back to you I've used mobile phones direct for years and this will be the last time I do

I ordered the phone on your phone line…
I ordered the phone on your phone line which was easy to do. I was told i would have to send photo.ID with my address on it which was fair enough. I asked the guy how to do this and he told me that i would be transfered to customers services. I was put on hold for over an hour and eventually a helpful lady answered and helped me through it. I was also promised next day delivery as i had ordered the phone and accessaries before 8pm ie this was about 14-15 pm the call started about 13-00. Phone has not arrived as promised and i think its in the DPD depot in Portlethen so should be here tomorrow. Just disapointed at the lenght of time on the phone waiting and again the delivery has not arrived as stated

New phone and Tariff…
I went on mobile phones direct website and found it very easy to browse through looking for a new phone. The process of ordering a phone and linking it with a phone tariff was very easy and uncomplicated. The whole process was done in less than an hour and the result was very satisfying. Thank you MPD
