Person 9n phone is incompetent i asked to update my 02 contract now im on 3 not wot was asked for also all I could hear was people in the background laughing and joking The lady was called Tiffany and was absoulte waste of time not happy at all I've been with 02 8 years I told her I was thinking bout leaving but was going to stay as might be handset see said can't do any deals.on 02 then out of no were I.hqve a 3 contract if it's no good it's coming straight back to you I've used mobile phones direct for years and this will be the last time I do

I never received my order and my phone number was transfered across and activated. Therefor it’s left me without any phone at all.

110%…… I had some problems keeping my existing number within the same network - my mistake - so I spoke with Ateeque at Mobile Phones Direct who talked me through the process and organised a fix. We came to a conclusion and Ateeque’s advice was spot on, he put me at ease and has made the whole transaction smooth and painless. Thanks so much!!
