Before I received my phone YOU cancelled the order, then YOU emailed me to say that I requested this cancellation. When I contacted you all you could tell me was there had been an error and that deal wasn’t available and it was just tough luck and nothing I could do about it. YOU also said it was just automated emails that you are allowed to send that are full of lies. I am still awaiting a call back and have an 11 year old autistic son who is not holding it together at all as this was what he picked. Poor service from the moment you got my money.
