The phone plan for Mint has been great.

The phone plan for Mint has been great. But then i decided to buy a new phone with them. How dare I do that! Worst company ever. The phone never even made it to me and i was charged $500. I never got the phone and they refused any support at all. Confirmed delivered by Fedex to H.H.H. THAT IS NOT MY NAME. it was clearly stolen. I purchased insurance but i never even got the phone to activate it. Im tired of getting danced around. I want my money back.

I have wasted an hour in Europe trying…

I have wasted an hour in Europe trying to get WiFi calling to work. It has worked on and off and now Mint doesn't even recognize my number. I renewed (annual) on the condition they make the feature work from Europe and they promised. Now I've been on the phone twice, wasting 40 min on two diff calls with two reps, promising they would fix it. f Mint and they'd get a MINUS 1 if that were an option

There should be 2 separate reviews ,one for the service which seems good so far and the second for customer service website and app which totally SUCKS! Been trying all day to log in and it won't recognize either of my mint numbers so I have. O access to my accounts. Customer service is clueless. Spent hrs on the phone with them . They can't help. So now I'm stuck with no account access and no way to change payment method since I do not give payment information over the phone verbally

Poor qualitu

I just want to say, THE QUALITY OF MINT IS TERRIBLE FOR ME. I live in north Seattle, and I pay for the premium mint plan, and I'm only able to make calls and use data for about six hours per 24 day. During business hours, I rarely am even able to make a call l. Maybe there's something unique about my situation, but my advice is don't use mint if you live in Seattle and need a reliabke network.

No savings unless you go for unlimited and pay full year

Reliable, just make sure if you are not going for unlimited you have wifi, as there is no way to switch to unlimited once you have ran out of data and paying 20 usd for 5GB erases any saving. But if you pay for a full year you end up paying $32 month. So unless you pay the full year there will not be any real saving as other services as Metro PCs might lower your rate to 35 a month as a retention offer

They changed my plan and didn't renew my second line and changed that plan without consent then disconnected our service.

Pigshit company

Pigshit company. The dp face all burnt up playing all badass on Disne. POS money grubbing out of touch actor with his pillow faced wife who destroyed her looks with fillers and Botox. RR needs all the money he can get to fix that mess they got into with their Botox parties. Shit people with shit products who hug pig shit phonies and lie to live. Actors are whoreibles.

The worst experience with a wireless carrier so far

I didn't know you were not eligible for the "3 months for $15 each" if you wanted a new phone number. I then tried to import my old phone number that was already on mint but on an older plan, which didn't work ( even though they give you the option to choose mint mobile as your previous wireless carrier ). Finally, I tried to reach customer support and it's been 11 days and I still haven't heard back from them at the time I'm writing this review

Run !! Far and fast.

Constant misinformation coupled with a strong lack of professional customer service. An agent charged my account without authorization, after changing my plan 2 times without consent to boot, then put me on hold and hung up. They processed a refund I never wanted processed because I was told it was cancelled, which it wasn’t, caused me a service interruption 4 days after i just paid my bill. So if you want the same throbbing headache feel free to give em a call, it’s actually painful talking to the customer service. Will be switching once my 3 month plan is over, probably sooner actually, and I highly recommend you take your business else where!!
