The worst experience with a wireless carrier so far
I didn't know you were not eligible for the "3 months for $15 each" if you wanted a new phone number. I then tried to import my old phone number that was already on mint but on an older plan, which didn't work ( even though they give you the option to choose mint mobile as your previous wireless carrier ). Finally, I tried to reach customer support and it's been 11 days and I still haven't heard back from them at the time I'm writing this review
