How dare I do that! Worst company ever.
The phone never even made it to me and i was charged $500. I never got the phone and they refused any support at all. Confirmed delivered by Fedex to H.H.H. THAT IS NOT MY NAME. it was clearly stolen.
I purchased insurance but i never even got the phone to activate it.
Im tired of getting danced around.
I want my money back.
I have wasted an hour in Europe trying to get WiFi calling to work. It has worked on and off and now Mint doesn't even recognize my number. I renewed (annual) on the condition they make the feature work from Europe and they promised. Now I've been on the phone twice, wasting 40 min on two diff calls with two reps, promising they would fix it. f Mint and they'd get a MINUS 1 if that were an option
There should be 2 separate reviews ,one for the service which seems good so far and the second for customer service website and app which totally SUCKS! Been trying all day to log in and it won't recognize either of my mint numbers so I have. O access to my accounts. Customer service is clueless. Spent hrs on the phone with them . They can't help. So now I'm stuck with no account access and no way to change payment method since I do not give payment information over the phone verbally
I just want to say, THE QUALITY OF MINT IS TERRIBLE FOR ME. I live in north Seattle, and I pay for the premium mint plan, and I'm only able to make calls and use data for about six hours per 24 day. During business hours, I rarely am even able to make a call l. Maybe there's something unique about my situation, but my advice is don't use mint if you live in Seattle and need a reliabke network.
I didn’t like the marketing for “unlimited” when in reality, it has a soft cap of 40GB and at that point, it really isn’t functional or ideal anymore. This might come off as arrogant but when you name it “unlimited”, it’s expected for someone to get the fast speed data throughout. But with the same token, i believe that you guys are doing great for being less costly than other services.
Mint has improved the capacity of network better than it was 3 years ago. Now I don't have to fear making a trip nationwide using Mint as carrier cellphone service.
Paying anything thru mint is not user friendly. My bank always flags it as fraudulent. Customer service is good when they can understand what we are saying and fixes it in a timely manor. It's a descent prices. I have lots of dead zones once I leave my house.
